What we collect

When you use the online estimate or contact us, we collect what you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, project ZIP code and neighborhood, your answers about the project, timeline and budget, and any notes or photos you send.

Like most websites, we also receive basic technical information such as your browser type, pages visited and the website or ad that referred you. We store the referring campaign in a first-party cookie so we know which ads and pages actually bring in projects.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare ballpark estimates and written quotes, schedule walkthroughs, send project updates and keep records of the work we do for you.

If you choose text as your preferred contact method, we will text you about your project. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time.

We also use aggregated, non-identifying data to understand how the website performs and to measure our advertising.

Cookies and advertising

We use Vercel Analytics to measure site performance without cross-site tracking. When we run ads on Facebook and Instagram, we may use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure which ads lead to estimate requests. When we share an estimate request with Meta for measurement, contact details are hashed before they leave our servers.

You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time. The site works without advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Vercel), database provider (Neon), email delivery service (Resend) and, for ad measurement, Meta. Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and quotes for as long as we need them to serve you, honor warranties and meet tax and recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing stoneyridgeservices@gmail.com or calling (440) 223-5049. We will respond within 30 days.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
